Store classical composers list in properties file

Gets over 64kb code limit, and would allow user to remove someone from list if causing an issue. Might want two lists, always a composer (always classical perhaps), usually a composer . One for identifying classical releases and one for stripping out composers from artist credits, as sometimes an artist is exclusively a composer and sometimes also a performer.
