When derive movement from title must derive work if not linked to major work

Description

Within MusicBrainz although a track may represent a movement it may/may not be linked to an actual MusicBrainz Work entity (representing a movement), which itself may or may not be linked to another MusciBrainz Work (representing the complete work)

So does occur when the track is linked to MusicBrainz work that is aprt of another work, you should get

PART:Kyrie
WORK_COMPOSITION:Miss Panage lingua: Kyrie
WORK:Miss Panage lingua

&

PART:Kyrie
WORK_COMPOSITION:Miss La sol far re mi:Kyrie
WORK:Miss La sol far re mi

however the MusicBrainz release http://musicbrainz.org/release/f78ad977-64e3-4b01-a408-9a1b67b7771c doesnt actually link to a work for any of the Miss La sol far re mi

Solution it think is to derive the value of the WORK field when there is no link to a work in MusicBrainz but work and part(movement) can be derived from the song title
