      Description

      1. We seem to be using same file for both 32bit and 64bit
      2. It requires Java to be installed, or needs editing to point to the installed version but this is difficult to do do because of permissions restrictions in C:/Program Files, C:/Program Files (x86)
      3. It wont work if never run exe vesion because it cannot find the correect path to copy properties over.
