IsGoodArtist check not working well when comparing colloboration to one artist

IsGoodArtist check not working well when comparing colloboration to one artist, e.g there are some releases where it is common for a song to be credited to two artists sometimes or just the main artist other times. So we shoudn't be failing the test when artist completely matches half of a collaboration.

Done if artist in existing metadata containing multiple artists (based on '&') and artist credit only contains a single artist allow check to suceeed if manage to match one artist to that artist credit name.
