Add option to allow user to confirm album match when less than a percentage, Whilst this could cause a build up user responses required still doable because SongKong tasks run in parallel so could continue doing other tasks until bounded queue is full.

Personally do not believe the option is necessary because SongKong only allows a match to album after doing various checks which makes it very difficult to match wrong album. But it seems in general there is still lack of confidence in potential customers about fully automated matching so this may help.
